We had a great night at Chez Gearard in Covent Garden.The minute we walked in we felt welcome, the receptionist greeted us even though we had not booked she managed to fit us in. We ordered our wine within a few minutes the wine had arrived. I went for the steak that was cooked to perfection, it tasted fantastic. My wife had the Confit de Canard (Duck) that come with Sauteed potatoes with onion and lardons.For dessert i ordered the Chocolate Mousse which was light and tasty my wife the Ice cream. The waiter was friendly and professional. The service was excellant. I would highly recommend this restaurant. |
